"I contacted Dave via email and walked in to the store a couple of weeks after. I was helped and guided through the process, helped me find a motorcycle that was a comfortable fit. My concerns about getting a motorcycle that was too big for me were addressed easily. I was provided a very competitive price with transparency. Dave even helped me with the insurance process. "Love these guys. Bought my first bike in 2011, and have gotten preferred customer discounts on service and accessories ever since. Just bought my second bike (new for a change!) and got 20% off on the helmet, gloves and jacket I bought at the same time (saved me almost $200). Their accessories selection is a bit limited, but that's because the showroom floor has tons of bikes!"

"i was a lookie loo when i 1st walked in. i have now bought 3 brand new motorcycles and have had them all serviced there as well. i have even had my triumph in there too. i trust them and they treat me like family. they give me great deals on my extra's and parts which makes me keep my business there. the service guys work hard and always explain things to me. they even pick up my bike when i cant bring it in. overall a great place and great people!"

"Brought in my 2004 CBR 600rr for new front tire, clutch adjustment, shifter link adjustment, brake check, front end check, oil and filter change and a few little other items. Tire was on sale, service guy was very helpful to me the novice. Took the time to pick the ride compound tire to match the rear, got the work done in less than a day and kept my bike safe overnight until I was able to pick it up the next day. Prices very fair."

"I usually go to the shop down the street from me (name intentionally witheld), but they havent been able to get the parts for me and they dont seem to know what they are doing. I work in san jose and drive by Fremont Honda and Kawasaki every day and decided to give them a try. Boy was I pleased! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the store was a lot less tense than (the other store). I tell everyone i know to go there instead of (the other store)."
